Please inspect your package once you receive it. In the rare case there is a damaged item, a missing item, or an incorrect item in your package we require that you contact us within 48 hours after receiving your package. If no attempt to contact us via telephone or email is made regarding the damaged/missing items within 48 hours, all items are deemed correct & received.

We want to arrange for you to get a replacement item quickly, so we'll need the following details:
- Keep ALL shipping packaging.
- How exactly is the item damaged?
- Is the item unworn?
- Is the item unwashed?
- Have you tried it on and does it fit?
Our claim process is for reshipment of order not refund.
The item must be unworn and unwashed.
We'll take care of the rest!

It was a two piece I did have the shorts on but the top I could not wear because it was pop when I received it
