Yandy ships all orders to the shipping address provided by the customer. Payment method accounts offer the customer the opportunity to update or change the shipping address prior to completing the order online. If the customer does not properly update the shipping address before completing the order, Yandy must be immediately contacted to see if the information can be corrected. If your order has not shipped please contact customer care immediately at 1-800-883-0860.
If the package has already shipped, there is a very limited amount of support we can provide you, but we will go over all options to help get your package on the right track!
If you are not listed as a resident, the package most likely will be returned to Yandy.
Possible missing information:
- Incorrect or missing information.
- "In Care of" / C/O the resident of the shipping address.
- Apartment number / unit number / suite number.
- Business or company.
You can replace your order with the correct information at any time, since we will refund you for the merchandise when the package is returned to Yandy as undeliverable.
Undeliverable packages are usually returned to Yandy within 180 days of shipment internationally.
