Don't panic!! Take a deep breath and do these few things first:
- Confirm your address is complete and correct when you look at your Yandy Order confirmation.
- Make sure to look around the outside of your house - they try to leave packages out of plain sight.
- Be sure to check with all residents in case your package was brought inside.
- Check with your neighbors.
If the package is still cannot be located, contact our Yandy Customer Care team at service@yandy.com or ☎ 1-800-883-0860. We can get the claim investigation started and send a replacement package immediately.
Please note missing packages need to be reported to Yandy within 3 business days of the delivery date to file a claim.
Our claim process is for reshipment of order not refund.
* Yandy is not responsible for any lost or undeliverable packages where the address was incorrectly provided.

Order#7354693. I have been trying to get an account set up with USPS. I'm having great difficulty in doing so. Please help. I've been unsuccessful with placing a claim. The order I paid for was not received. The order wasn't placed at my front door or porch because I have a gated property with a no trespassing sign. The package is no where . I've looked around my mailbox and outside of the gate.
