Ugh, that's a bummer. But don't worry. Do the following things first:
- Confirm your address is complete and correct when you look at your Yandy Order confirmation.
- Make sure to look around the outside of your house - they try to leave packages out of plain sight.
- Be sure to check with all residents in case your package was brought inside.
- Check with your neighbors.
If the package is still cannot be located, contact our Yandy Customer Care team at service@yandy.com or 1-800-883-0860. We can get the claim investigation started and send a replacement package immediately.
Please note missing packages need to be reported to Yandy within 3 business days of the delivery date to file a claim.
Our claim process is for reshipment of order not refund.
