Program Description

Yandy Enterprises LLC (“Yandy”) Alerts & Info Service program allows mobile subscribers to opt-in to receive autodialed marketing news and information about Yandy, its PLBY Group affiliated entities, and/or it third party partners and their respective products through SMS messages straight to the subscriber’s phone. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. In the event that you change or deactivate your mobile number, it is your responsibility to notify us at 1-800-883-0860 to have your number removed. The mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. These Yandy SMS Terms & Conditions are subject to change. Please check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Yandy Alerts & Info Service program following the posting of changes to these Yandy SMS Terms & Conditions will mean you accept those changes.

Cost
There are no premium charges for joining the Yandy Alerts & Info Service program for receiving the alert and info messages, however, Messaging & Data rates may apply.

Message Frequency

If you opt-in to receive alerts or info from Yandy as permitted hereunder, the message frequency may vary.

How to Opt-out/Cancel

To opt-out of or cancel the Yandy Alerts & Info Service program, text STOP at any time to 300300. An “unsubscribe” message will be sent to your mobile number confirming the cancellation, and no further messages will be sent from this program thereafter.
