Return Policy: We hope you love your purchase from Yandy, but if you are not satisfied with your merchandise, eligible merchandise can be returned to Yandy for store credit only within 90 (ninety) days from the date of purchase. The original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
All eligible items must be returned pursuant to a return authorization as a complete set (just as they were purchased) in the original unworn condition and with original packaging and barcodes. Once a return is received and deemed in re-saleable condition, then Yandy will issue a store credit for the merchandise price and taxes (if applicable). We do not complete exchanges nor do we refund to the original payment method.
- Ineligible Merchandise: Final Sale merchandise is ineligible for returns due to their nature and will not receive a store credit. Final Sale merchandise categories are: Panties, Men's Underwear, Hosiery, Bodystockings, Wigs, Gift Cards, Sale Items, Clearance Items, Sex Gifts, Sex Games, Sex Candy, Sex Tape and Bondage Kits, Sexual Wellness products (including but not limited to vibrators, lubricants, massage oils, body paints, lotions, candles, soaps, and gels).
- Non-Saleable Merchandise: In the event merchandise received for a store credit is damaged or non-saleable, then Yandy reserves the right to not issue or store credit. Non-saleable merchandise examples include but are not limited to merchandise arriving without original tags, without packaging, or merchandise displaying signs of wear or use (laundering, stained, soiled, strong odors, hair, fur, ripped, torn, pilling, etc.).
- SHOES: Please do not apply tape or labels to the shoe boxes, wrap in shipping paper or place the box in a shipping bag or box. A $10 fee will be applied if the shoe box is damaged or missing.
- Order Cancellation: Yandy reserves the right to refuse an order or cancel an order for a full refund for any reason, including but not limited to limitations on maximum purchase quantity, suspicious purchasing activity, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing, or inventory information, unanticipated processing or fulfillment delays, force majeure events, or problems identified by our credit and fraud department.

- *Returning Outside the US: Yandy does not supply return labels for orders outside the US. The customer is responsible for shipping back to Yandy. We strongly recommend adding delivery and/or signature confirmation. You can still obtain your RA online it just will not create a return label.
