Please follow the steps below to ensure proper processing of your return.
- Please try to reuse the original shipping package.
- When RA is completed - Go to your email to obtain your paperwork and return label. DO NOT PRINT THE SCREEN YOU COMPLETED THE RA ON. PLEASE PRINT THE EMAIL CONFIRMATION THAT WAS SENT TO YOU SO THE ORDER DETAILS AND SHIPPING LABEL PRINT IN ALIGNMENT
- Include a printed copy of this return authorization email inside your return package. You have the option to use the US Post Office return label included with your RA. If you want to use your own shipping method at your expense, please address the return package as: Yandy.com, Attn: Returns: 6750 W Van Buren St. STE 130, Phoenix, AZ 85043

- Please make sure you add all the items including shoes you want to return all at once because you are only issued one return authorization and USPS label per order
- SHOES: Please do not apply tape or labels to the shoe boxes, wrap in shipping paper or place the box in a shipping bag. A $10 fee will be applied if the shoe box is damaged or missing.Yandy will email you when your return has been processed.
