Why is my item non-returnable?

Certain items are deemed final sale and non-returnable for a variety of reasons:

It's beyond our 30-day return policy.
The item was listed as a final sale at the time of purchase.
It poses a hygiene risk. Items that pose a hygiene risk include panties, hosiery, bodystockings, and wigs.
The item was purchased from our Last Chance Sale section. Last Chance items are closeout items that are deeply discounted and will not be back in stock. This is just like the final sale rack at a brick & mortar store.
The item is not in its original, unworn condition. Items that are laundered, have tags removed, smell of cigarette smoke, body odor or perfume, have lotion or body glitter on them, have human and/or animal hair on them, that are soiled or stained, or not in original packaging.
