Where can I find my reward balance?

It's super easy. Log into your account click on "Rewards." It will display your Hot Cash balance, current tier and progress.

Just a heads up, rewards cannot be applied post-purchase. You must be logged into your account to earn rewards. If you forgot, please contact Yandy Customer Care Immediately at 1-800-883-0860.

You earn Hot Cash on every eligible merchandise purchase at the rate assigned to your membership tier. You may also earn additional Hot Cash by reviewing purchased products and completing other eligible activities shown in your account.

Rewards cannot be applied if they have expired.
