What are rewards?

Reward $'s are an incentive to earn free $'s to put towards a new purchase also known as Hot Cash

A customer must have an account to earn rewards. 

You earn Hot Cash on every eligible merchandise purchase at the rate assigned to your membership tier. You may also earn additional Hot Cash by reviewing purchased products and completing other eligible activities shown in your account.

Three Tiers. Bigger Rewards.

• You may redeem Hot Cash for up to 75% of the qualifying merchandise subtotal in an order.
• Rewards are valid for 30 days from the purchase date and time.  
  • example purchase 08/05/26 2: 13 pm - expires 09/05/26 2:13 pm
• Tier status is based on qualifying annual merchandise spend beginning August 5th 2026.
• Reward points are a promo discount.  Reward $ are non-refundable for returned items or undeliverable order. 
• If an order is canceled before it has shipped rewards point will be available with the original expiration date.
• Reward $ value is calculated from the amount charged to the customer. It does not include store credit, promos, discounts, or previous rewards $ applied to the order. 
• Rewards should be applied at the time of purchase.  When a customer is logged into their account the checkout process offers the customer to apply their current rewards $ if available.
• Rewards are non-refundable if applied as a form payment at the time of purchase. Rewards $ are considered a coupon and do not have cash or credit value.
• We do not deduct rewards $ from orders that returns are made on.  We allow the Rewards $ coupon to continue to be valid for the 30 days from purchase.
• We send an auto email when cash is deposited

• We send an auto email to customers 48 hours before your Rewards Expire

All orders place after 8/5/2026 with a valid account will earn rewards $'s
